Block ScheduleThe three-year curriculum covers the full spectrum of family medicine on a schedule that residents can sustain. Most rotations run in two-week blocks.
Continuity ClinicContinuity clinic is the heart of family medicine training.
DidacticsDidactics are every Thursday afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
ProceduresProcedural training runs through all three years, with more independence as experience grows.
Elective RotationsResidents have 26 weeks of elective time over three years: 4 in PGY-1, 8 in PGY-2 and 14 in PGY-3.
Rotation SitesResidents train at several sites in Roseburg, each with its own patients, setting and way of practicing.
